choc. a brownie company all started three years ago when co-owner Neelie was on a quest for the perfect brownie, but everywhere she turned there were cupcakes! And more cupcakes! What happened to the brownie? A high quality, good, chewy, rich, heavy fudge brownie. Well, Neelie decided to compose a recipe that accomplished her sweet desire. After dozens of different ingredient permutations and hundreds of taste testers, Neelie nailed the original choc. recipe. She wanted this brownie to reflect not only a unique flavor, but a high quality treat that wouldn’t leave you feeling guilty. The other half of choc., co-owner Monika came into the mix during the testing process, bringing with her an equally strong love for the brownie and the business acumen to make their dreams a reality.

We use organic and local ingredients whenever possible. Our packaging is made from sustainable trees here in the United States. We do all of our business in a paperless fashion in order to be responsible about our carbon footprint!
